Role Overview
Deliver high‑quality nursing care in the Sub Acute Rehab Unit at South East Regional Hospital. This role supports patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, helping them regain independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient‑centred nursing care in rehabilitation settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Educate patients and families on recovery and self‑management.
- Ensure compliance with NSW Health policies and standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in clinical practice.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
