Responsibilities or duties
As a Registered Nurse within the Float Pool, you will deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care across a variety of clinical settings. You will be required to rapidly assess, adapt, and respond to differing patient cohorts and ward environments, maintaining a high standard of clinical practice while supporting teams to meet patient care demands.
The position operates across a seven-day rotating roster, including morning, evening, and night shifts, with allocation based on service need.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care across a range of clinical specialties
- Develop a broad and transferable skillset across multiple disciplines
- Work collaboratively within diverse multidisciplinary teams
- Provide support and clinical guidance to less experienced staff

- Adapt quickly to different clinical areas and patient needs
