Job Description

We are seeking a driven and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our Workforce Solutions team. In this role, you will take ownership of growing a casual nursing workforce by sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and engaging high-quality candidates to meet client demand.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will play a key part in building a strong and reliable pipeline of nurses, ensuring we can deliver exceptional staffing solutions now and into the future.

Day to Day!

  • Proactively source and attract high-quality nursing candidates with a focus on speed and efficiency
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including screening, interviewing, and placement alignment
  • Support onboarding processes and contribute to early candidate retention and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet ongoing and future client needs
  • Work closely with internal Operations Consultants to convert newly registered nurses into active shift workers
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and client information within internal systems
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment outcomes and turnaround times
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both candidates and internal/external stakeholders
  • Represent the organisation professionally and contribute to cross-selling services where appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, WHS, and company policies

You have experience in recruitment, sales, call centre, or a target-driven environment, with strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You are highly organised with excellent time management skills, customer-focused with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience, and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team. You also possess intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and experience within healthcare, nursing, aged care, or casual staffing environments is highly desirable.
