ESS forms part of Compass Group, and provides multi-service capability to organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, a rare Recruitment Advisor position has arisen, based in our Cannon Hill Office. Once fully trained in the position, this will be a hybrid role.
Responsibilities or duties
- Manage your own regional portfolio
- Proactively sourcing candidates using various marketing strategies
- Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the end to end recruitment process
- Partnering with site stakeholders for current and future growth recruitment activities
- Developing a pipeline of candidates across operational disciplines
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Experience needed
- Proven experience across either internal or agency recruitment
- Experience in the resources and remote sector, is advantageous, but not essential
