About the opportunity:
Play a key role where you will be the first point of contact in delivering a premium customer experience as a receptionist at our Artarmon site.
Key Responsibilities;
- Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for guests visiting the dealership
- Manage and direct incoming calls, ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with service and general enquiries, delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle services and recalls using ERA and Excel systems
- Provide efficient administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey
About you:
- Previous reception experience within a professional or corporate environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to stay organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- A proactive, positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service
