Le Mans Toyota Tottenham currently have an opportunity for a professional individual to ‘be the face’ of our business in the role of Receptionist.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be well-presented with excellent communication skills. You will be a team player, flexible with a positive attitude, willing to support the dealership in providing ‘oh what a feeling’ experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Receiving and directing phone calls
  • Greeting and announcing visitors
  • Communicating with guests face-to-face, over the phone and via email
  • Ensuring the presentation of the front office/showroom
  • Maintaining office consumables as necessary
  • Carry out various admin tasks for our sales, service, and parts departments

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Be professionally presented
  • Have experience answering a busy switchboard/telephone system
  • Be efficient with sound time management skills
  • Have Intermediate computer skills – Word, Outlook, Excel, etc
