About The Role
As the Sales Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting our dealership. You play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional first impression while supporting the sales team with day to day administrative tasks. This role suits someone who is friendly, well-organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
In this role you will:
- Welcome and host customers in a professional manner
- Oversee the presentation and upkeep of the reception area and customer lounge
- Handle administrative tasks, including vehicle registration
- Answer and return calls, takes messages, and direct enquiries as appropriate
- Manage sending and receiving parcels
- Prepare beverages for customers (barista or café experience preferred but not essential)
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience in a busy environment with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong commitment to delivering customer service
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Well presented in corporate attire
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the retail automotive industry is desirable
