CJD Equipment is looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist / Administration Clerk to join our Brisbane Branch. This is a great opportunity for someone with administration and basic accounts experience who enjoys being the welcoming face of a busy, professional business.

Reporting to the State Administration Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and callers, ensuring our front‑of‑house and administrative operations run smoothly and professionally.

What you’ll be doing

  • Welcome customers and visitors with outstanding service
  • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls professionally
  • Coordinate internal and external mail
  • Support the finance team with accounts payable tasks
  • Provide general admin and accounts support across departments
  • Order stationery and manage day‑to‑day office needs
  • Maintain a clean, professional reception area at all times

About you

  • Previous experience in reception or administration
  • Exposure to accounts payable/receivable or invoicing
  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word essential)
  • Able to complete pre‑employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
