Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking a qualified automotive technician to join our Lidcombe service center. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
What you’ll do:
Working in a modern, well-equipped workshop, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing scheduled servicing and general maintenance
- Diagnostic and fault-finding work (based on experience)
- Carrying out warranty and recall repairs
- Completing repairs and recommendations in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Providing a high level of customer service and professional presentation
What you’ll bring:
- A current Motor Vehicle Tradesperson Certificate (Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
- At least 2 years’ post-trade experience (dealership experience highly regarded)
- Manufacturer-trained background preferred (Toyota, Hyundai, Kia or similar brands viewed positively)
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A current NSW driver’s licence
- Proven ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
