Key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to:
- Monitoring and administering maintenance requests lodged via Property Tree whilst actioning incoming enquiries to the property team.
- Arranging utility connections to new sites and cancelling services as required.
- Overseeing fleet users and suppliers, to ensure smooth operations and effectively managing the reporting of damages, fines, and other related matters.
- Maintaining accurate records, data entry and processing expenditure.
- Sourcing or coordinating trades people and contractors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.
- Liaise with Property Managers and/or contractors to organise and carry out requisite maintenance services.
About You
As someone who has excellent administration and organisational skills, you will have the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will have the ability to work both autonomously, and effectively as part of a team to achieve quality outcomes.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Customer focused approach, self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Previous administration experience. Property and facilities management experience or willingness to learn.
- Strong organisation skills and strong attention to detail.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond to inquiries and produce quality documentation, including emails and reports.
- Experience with Property Tree and maintenance tracking software is desirable.
Key screening and requirements:
- Be willing to complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
- Possession of a current valid Driver’s License, willingness to drive
- Be eligible to work in Australia.
