The Opportunity

Stanley College is seeking a skilled and analytical Project Officer – Systems Analyst to support, enhance, and optimise key business systems across the organisation. Reporting to the ICT General Manager, this role acts as the critical link between business users and technology platforms, ensuring systems are effectively utilised, continuously improved, and aligned with operational and strategic objectives. The position plays an important role in driving process efficiency, systems integration, and data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for support and optimisation of core systems including the Student Management System (SMS), CRM tools, ticketing systems, workflow/form builders, and task/project management platforms.
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for system improvements and feature enhancements.
  • Design, test, deploy, and maintain digital workflows and forms to streamline operational processes. Develop functional specifications and liaise with external development teams to support backend system enhancements.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and support integrations between key platforms, particularly SMS and LMS systems.
  • Create customised reports and dashboards to support management with accurate and actionable data insights.
  • Deliver system training sessions, develop user guides, and support change adoption across departments.
  • Analyse existing business processes and provide strategic recommendations for system-driven improvements.

About You

  • Master of Management Information Systems or a related qualification.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience supporting and enhancing enterprise systems in a business or education environment.
  • Strong experience working with Student Management Systems, CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and workflow automation tools.
  • Demonstrated capability in requirements gathering, process analysis, and workflow design.
  • Proficiency in report building, dashboard creation, and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
