Calexi is seeking highly capable Technology Project Managers to lead the delivery of complex ICT and engineering projects within Defence, government, and regulated environments.

Candidates applying for these positions must hold a current NV2 Clearance.

These roles focus on the successful delivery of mission-critical technology outcomes across domains including cyber security, ICT systems, engineering integration, and capability development.

You will work closely with Defence stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners to plan, coordinate, and execute projects in high-assurance environments, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to operational requirements.

This role is suited to professionals who can operate at the intersection of technology, delivery, and stakeholder management, bringing structure to complexity and driving outcomes in environments where failure is not an option.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and engineering projects
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and stakeholders
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change effectively
• Ensure alignment with Defence governance, frameworks, and reporting requirements
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely reporting to senior stakeholders
• Support procurement, contract management, and vendor engagement
• Drive delivery outcomes in complex, high-pressure environments

Leadership & Delivery Skills

• Strong leadership and team coordination capability
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
• Proven ability to translate technical complexity into clear delivery plans

Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience delivering technology or engineering projects in Defence environments
• Strong understanding of ICT, cyber security, or systems engineering domains
• Experience working within Defence or government frameworks highly desirable
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ISM, PSPF, DISP, and Defence project governance preferred
• Project management qualifications desirable (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certifications)
• Engineering or technical background highly regarded
