Description

We are on the hunt for more than just a PM to fill a role

At ASCOT GROUP, a Project Manager is not just a scheduler of works.

You are the custodian of the outcome.

The integrator of scope, program, cost, quality and people.

The leader who protects both margin and customer experience.

You run your project like a business.

From pre-start to completion, you are accountable for safe, profitable and high-quality delivery while building trust with clients and strengthening the performance of your team.

What You’ll Drive

  • Delivery in line with agreed scope, program and budget
  • Strong forward planning — proactive, not reactive
  • Commercial discipline, cost control and margin protection
  • Confident management of variations, EOTs and contractual claims
  • Subcontractor performance and site coordination
  • Clear, professional client communication

You run your project like a business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end.
  • Strong program development and budget ownership capability.
  • Commercial confidence — you understand contracts, risk and margin.
  • A leader who is calm under pressure, visible and clear in communication.
  • Someone who anticipates issues early and takes accountability beyond their own project when required.

Why This Role Matters

Supporting our ACHO division for ASCOT GROUP continues to grow through strong planning, disciplined delivery and trusted client relationships. Our teams are aligned.

Our clients value the certainty we bring. The Project Manager is the integrator — the person who keeps everything aligned so delivery is predictable and professional.

When this role works well:

  • Projects land on time and within budget
  • Margins are protected
  • Clients return

What You Get

A permanent leadership role within a stable, growing organisation.

Meaningful, sector-diverse projects.

Strong commercial and operational support.

We work Monday to Friday and value performance, we understand flexibility looks different for everyone. Let’s explore what working well looks like for you.

For 15 years, ASCOT GROUP has delivered specialised building services across healthcare, aged care and retirement living, education, government and commercial environments. From live operational settings and minor works to large-scale upgrades, ASCOT GROUP operates where precision, planning and partnership matter.

We were built on a simple but powerful idea: make a difference. Not just in the physical spaces we create, but in how we work alongside clients, consultants, contractors and communities. Across the nation, our people are creating exceptional spaces through expertise, care and genuine partnership.

The experience is the difference and it shows in everything we do.
