About the role

As our Program Support Officer, you’ll coordinate the delivery of GP training programs through event planning, admin support, and data management. Reporting to the Training Coordination Team Leader, you’ll partner with medical educators, training coordinators, and stakeholders to maintain training quality, support registrars, and deliver key program initiatives.

As our Program Support Officer, you’ll also:

  • coordinate and deliver administrative and logistical support for GP training activities, workshops, assessments, and events.
  • provide accurate and timely support to registrars, supervisors, and internal teams, including managing inquiries and documentation.
  • maintain records, update systems, and ensure compliance with program processes and reporting requirements.
  • collaborate with medical educators and operations staff to support training coordination, accreditation, and continuous program improvement.

Skills and experience

  • Strong admin and event coordination experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • High-level customer service and problem-solving skills
