About the role
We’re looking for a Program & Operations Support Officer to play a central role in supporting our Inspire Program alongside broader operational and organisational activities.
This role combines structured administration with hands‑on coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, purpose, and seeing the impact of their work firsthand.
? This role includes in‑person attendance at our Inspire Program approximately once per month, providing the opportunity to connect directly with program delivery and participants.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing end‑to‑end administrative support to the Inspire Program
- Maintaining accurate program records, registers, attendance logs, and reports
- Coordinating schedules, venues, travel, and program logistics
- Acting as a key administrative contact for participants and external stakeholders
- Supporting audits, reviews, and outcomes reporting
- Assisting with operational administration across the organisation
- Coordinating administrative aspects of business development and marketing activities, including proposals, collateral updates, CRM tracking, and events
About you
- Demonstrated strong administrative experience supporting programs, business operations, or teams.
- Background in sales, marketing, or arranging travel.
- Excellent organisational abilities, capable of handling several tasks at once.
- Effective communicator, comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and open to learning new systems.
- Prior experience in NDIS, community services, or program-focused settings is highly valued.
