We are now seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Hubfoods kitchen operations. Your Opportunity
This is a full time permannent opportunity based in Glendenning, Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm.
As the Production Supervisor, you will ensure the efficient, safe and high-quality production of meals within the HubFoods kitchen. Working closely with the Food Services Manager, Technical Manager, Production Systems Manager and Section Leaders, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate workflows, manage staff, and maintain compliance with food safety and WHS standards.
Your leadership will enable your team to perform at their best - delivering nutritious meals on time, minimising waste, maintaining quality and contributing to a positive, respectful workplace.
With professionalism, initiative and a commitment to excellence, you will:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations to meet production and distribution schedules
- Maintain food quality while controlling costs, waste, recipes and portion sizes
- Oversee and support direct reports including Chefs, Cooks, Chiller Supervisor, Assistant Cooks and Kitchenhands
- Coordinate rosters, staff training, development, performance feedback and recruitment support
- Ensure clear communication, document control and accurate record keeping
- Maintain compliance with mandatory training, catering training plans and HACCP requirements
- Uphold all WHS, food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiencies
- Build strong team relationships, set expectations and recognise great work
- Address performance concerns promptly and fairly
- Promote Anglicare's Christian values through leadership, behaviour and team engagement
- Support a culturally respectful and inclusive workplace

You will also have:
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) - essential
- Industry Qualification in Commercial Cooking (or equivalent) - essential
- Supervisory experience in a high risk or fast paced environment.
- Experience working within a food manufacturing or largescale kitchen setting (desirable)
- Strong WHS knowledge and leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and coordinate teams
- Ability to prioritise, problem solve and maintain high standards under pressure
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
