About the role

As an experienced Production Estimator you will oversee numerous aspects within Estimating working closely with Sales, Operations and Construction - must have residential volume experience;

Reporting to the Estimating Manager your role will include;

You will be responsible for;

  • Production Estimating
  • Ordering of production jobs within designated timeframes
  • Work as a team to achieve workflow and budget goals
  • Maintain, protect and report margins for each job
  • Minimise ETS orders
  • Ensure all client interactions are recorded/documented on Databuild / ClickHome
  • Liaising with sales, operations and construction teams
  • Conduct follow-up calls when required
  • Be cognisant of forecast dates and ensure all jobs are being recorded accurately
  • Provide reports and workflow documentation as appropriate
  • Follow up documentations directed by the Estimating Manager.

Skills and experience

At Glenvill we believe quality is an attitude not an outcome.

We anticipate that you will already possess strong experience within the construction industry specifically within Production Estimating and Databuild within the residential building space with at least 12 months + experience and you will possess a high level across certain software packages including Microsoft Office.

Exposure or experience with ClickHome - even better.

You will deliver with a mature approach, calm and efficiency. Working in a fun team, you will have a sense of humour. You will be able to prioritise with ease and deliver time critical outcomes amid numerous distractions and demands.
