You will balance customer needs, commercial priorities and operational resilience to enable seamless journeys, real‑time decision making and trusted outcomes at scale, strengthening both customer experience and the Qantas brand.

Working closely with senior leaders, engineering teams and cross‑functional partners, you will identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives and guide investment decisions across shared platforms with multiple consumers. • Operate shared product platforms with multiple downstream consumers, making informed prioritisation and trade‑off decisions that balance customer experience, delivery timelines and time to market
  • Translate customer, commercial and operational needs into clear product outcomes, prioritised backlogs and measurable delivery results
  • Apply modern product management practices within agile, product‑led environments, embedding human‑centred design and data‑driven decision making
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, including investment prioritisation, budget management, financial forecasting and business case development
  • Influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Lead with a safety‑ and security‑first mindset, ensuring data integrity, privacy, platform reliability and operational resilience are embedded in all product decisions

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Bring proven experience with integration technologies, including RESTful APIs, event‑driven architectures, middleware and end‑to‑end API lifecycle management

Experience needed
