Background
Audi Sutherland is owned by the Autosports Group - Australia's largest prestige and luxury automotive retail group employing over 2500 people across 85 plus dealerships in NSW/VIC/ACT/QLD and NZ.
This award winning dealership is now seeking an experienced new and used car sales executive to support customers with their new car purchases.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated, professional and proactive individual to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Supporting customers with product enquiries
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Organising test drives
- Meeting targets for customer service and sales
- Completing contract documents
- Maintaining product knowledge
- Supporting all dealership departments as necessary
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence dealing with all customer types
- Basic negotiation skills
- A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A current NSW drivers licence
- Automotive sales experience
