About the opportunity
As a Postal Delivery Coordinator, you’ll lead a frontline delivery team to ensure mail and parcels are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time while supporting day-to-day operations and team performance.

You’ll be
- Provide high level advice and support coordination to assist the Delivery Manager and facility staff.
- Drive performance and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the Implementation and monitoring of all facets of Australia Post’s Diversity and OH&S Policies and Procedures.
- Assist with the processing and delivery of letters and parcels as needed.
- Coach and where needed conduct performance conversations.
About you
- You hold a current motorcycle licence (provisional or full)
- You're motivated and able to bring the best out of people under your leadership.
- Strong leadership and team building experience.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring co-workers.
- Strong customer service focus involving direct contact with customers.
- Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Proven experience of prioritising, planning and scheduling.
- Ability to be flexible during periods of change.
