About the Role

You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining plastic extrusion lines to produce high-quality products in line with production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate plastic extrusion machines (PVC experience highly regarded)
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency
• Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot operational issues
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Complete production documentation and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
• Work autonomously and collaboratively with team members and supervisors

About You:

• Proven hands-on experience operating plastic extrusion machinery (Single and twin-screw extruders)
• Strong understanding of extrusion processes and materials (PVC preferred)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues efficiently
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Forklift License highly desirable
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
