P&C Advisor – Berwick Hub (Generalist, End-to-End Role)

Automotive | Fast-Paced Retail Environment

We’re looking for a People and Culture Advisor to take full ownership of our Berwick Hub portfolio, supporting high-performing dealerships in a busy automotive retail environment. You’ll be the trusted on-site partner for leaders, providing practical, clear support to keep a fast-moving workforce running smoothly.

This is a non-traditional HR role. You’ll balance commercial needs with people expertise, using sound judgement to influence outcomes that work for both the team and the business. You’ll manage your own portfolio while staying connected to a wider P&C team for ideas and support.

We’re seeking someone steady, solutions-focused and grounded, who brings clarity and confidence to a dynamic dealership environment.
