Our People team works closely with the business to deliver all aspects of the people plan, supporting leaders through a range of complex and day-to-day people matters. This role will be a trusted partner to leaders across our Corporate client groups and Operations Delivery, working alongside our Senior People Manager, Corporate to deliver real, high-impact HR support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Be the go-to People Advisor for leaders across your client group - practical, solutions-focused, and always ahead of issues.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders through performance management and conduct matters with confidence and care.
  • Drive on-time, high-quality delivery of annual programs of work such as performance reviews, objective setting, remuneration Review, talent management, succession planning and engagement survey processes.
  • Manage employee and leader processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Contribute to People team projects and organisational change initiatives
  • Lead the HR coordination of people initiatives aligned to business plans such as team offsites, town halls and other engagement initiatives
  • Find opportunities to improve our HR processes and employee experience - then make them happen!

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years in a generalist HR role, ideally supporting corporate based employees.
  • Solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and performance to remuneration and exits.
  • Confidence advising people leaders on performance and conduct related matters.
  • Experience supporting talent reviews, engagement initiatives, and annual people processes.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail - you meet deadlines and keep the details right.
  • Data-savvy - you can translate survey results and metrics into clear, actionable insights.
  • A self-starter who doesn't wait to be asked - proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about the work.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and complex issues.

Experience needed

3–5 years in a generalist HR role, ideally supporting corporate based employees.
