An exciting opportunity for an experienced, flexible, and adaptable payroll officer to join our team.
Our Payroll Officers plays a significant role in our employees’ employment at Autosports Group. The role is based in Silverwater. You will be responsible for preparing and processing fortnightly pay-runs as well as respond to queries and maintain requests. With exceptional attention to detail, underpinned by a caring, compassionate nature, you will be directly involved in pay runs for all Group entities.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing Fortnightly payroll end-to-end
- Processing monthly reporting including PAYG, payroll tax and superannuation payments
- Assisting with employee payroll queries
- Calculating terminations, payroll adjustments and maintaining employee files
- Award and agreements interpretation
- Ad hoc administration tasks
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Previous payroll experience with a medium to large business
- High attention to detail, discretion, and accuracy
- UKG/Kronos experience is highly advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
