The opportunity

This opportunity is a Permanent - Part Time role, with an average of 28 hours per week (20 Hours minimum) working on behalf of airlines such as Singapore Airlines.

What you'll be doing

Our passenger service team are responsible for providing exceptional customer service whilst ensuring the smooth handling of passengers from checking in, boarding, disembarkation and baggage collection. Passenger Service Agents are also responsible for providing assistance to passengers with special needs. Passenger Service Agents must ensure they are highly polished and have the ability to adapt to different tasks throughout their shift.

  • Providing exceptional customer service for other Global Airlines
  • Process passenger check in
  • Validate passport and documents
  • Tag baggage, arrange seating & issue boarding passes
  • Ensure compliance with safety & security requirements
  • Use multi airline check in systems
  • Boarding gate duties, including announcements
  • Assisting special needs guests
  • Participate in training activities and conduct on the job training

What we need from you

  • Must be reliable and motivated to work
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment and ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Applicants with experience in providing outstanding Customer Service
  • Applicants should have customer service experience to demonstrate their ability to provide outstanding service
  • Motivation and flexibility to work on a 7-day rotational shift roster as per flight schedules
  • Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment
  • Applicants must hold Australian permanent residency or citizenship
