About the Role

As a key member of our Parts Department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to both workshop and retail customers, while ensuring operational efficiency across all parts processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries, sales, and quotations with professionalism and accuracy
• Supply parts to workshop technicians and retail customers in a timely manner
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Ensure daily orders are processed accurately and on time
• Coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound freight
• Handle and reconcile daily cash sales
• Support inventory management and minimise stock risk
• Track and report on sales performance, margins, and targets
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with outstanding customer service:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter (essential)
• Strong mechanical/technical knowledge of automotive parts
• Excellent communication skills (phone & face-to-face)
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a drive to succeed ?
• Team-focused, adaptable, and professional
• High level of integrity and accountability
