Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Part Time Tolling & Office Administration Officer to join our team.
About the Role
This role plays an important part in ensuring toll charges and other administrative processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with our finance and operations teams, you will assist with toll & Infringement handling, customer follow ups, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing toll & Infringement
- Assisting with recovery of outstanding balances (tolls, infringement, damages or other rental related charges)
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting
- Communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments
- Supporting general office administration
- Assisting other teams when required
Working Hours
This is a part time role with flexible working days and hours, which can be arranged to suit the right candidate.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Confident communicating with customers when following up payments
- Reliable and proactive
- Able to manage routine administrative tasks efficiently
Experience in administration, accounts receivable, finance support, tolling, or recovery related work would be beneficial.
