Our family owned, well established Dealership, Coburg Toyota is seeking a part time Accounts and Administrative Clerk to join our friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Dealership Admin all rounder! The role provides variety across the multi facets of Dealership Admin & Accounts to meet the requirements of the business at any given time with opportunity for growth across the business.
If you are experienced, with strong organisational skills and flexible, we’d love to hear from you.
Aspects of the role:
In this role you will be supporting the current team with both administration and basic accounts functions. There will be roles assigned to you as well as job functions that you will back up & support.
Including but not limited to;
- Manage cash operations; Daily banking & Bank statement reconciliations
- Accounts receivable; following up debtors, setting up accounts, sending out statements and invoice copies, reconciling payments
- Assisting Accounts payable
- Reception relief
- Deal processing support
- Vicroads support
- Ad Hoc administration duties to support the Management team etc
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with solid Admin/Accounts Dealership experience, strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a can do attitude. The role will vary from time to time so the right candidate will be adaptable and a team player.
Experience on DMS Revolutions/TUNE highly advantageous.
Part time hours can be flexible for the right applicant.
