Teamwork is at the heart of our operation, as mechanics work together to identify critical parts of our product lines that can be improved and ensure the safe working condition of our fleet.
About Us
Our client provide convenient and reliable short-term rentals of smaller transportation vehicles at an affordable price in more than 230 cities in nearly 30 countries on five continents.

You’ll:
- Lead, train and onboard a crew of Mechanics and Senior Mechanics
- Keep the workshop running smoothly with smart task allocation
- Make safety your thing — quality checks, compliance and spotless records

- Manage batteries, parts, tools and inventory like a pro
- Jump into field repairs when needed (adjustments, cleaning, tyre work)
- Help deploy and retrieve vehicles — van driving included
- Create a positive, team‑first warehouse culture
Your Profile
You’re organised, safety‑obsessed, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
You’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (and confidence training others)
- Relelevant trade qualification
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
- A data‑driven mindset with an understanding of KPIs
- Comfort working evenings or weekends
- Ability to regularly lift up to 35kg
- Experience with pallet jacks/forklifts (or happy to get certified)
