The Role
As an Onsite Talent Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s workforce operations, bringing together recruitment expertise and hands-on workforce management.
You’ll:
- Own the Recruitment Lifecycle: From sourcing and onboarding to contractor care and performance management.
- Manage Workforce Operations: Lead rostering, shift fulfillment, and day-to-day site logistics.
- Build Client Relationships: Act as the trusted onsite recruitment partner, anticipating needs and delivering solutions.
- Ensure Compliance & Efficiency: Maintain payroll, VMS, health & safety, and all operational standards.
- Drive Improvements: Spot opportunities, implement solutions, and enhance client satisfaction.
About You
- Experience in recruitment or high-volume environments, with the ability to keep things moving when it gets busy.
- A natural ability to build relationships and rapport with both candidates and on-site stakeholders.
- Strong organisation skills, able to manage shifts, priorities, and last-minute changes without losing track.
- A proactive mindset, comfortable jumping in, solving problems, and improving processes on the go.
- Known for being reliable and consistent, with a strong sense of accountability.
