About the role:
As an Online Channel Sales Executive, you’ll take the lead in connecting with a portfolio of priority direct-to-consumer subscription customers through outbound sales. You will drive revenue growth, boost order frequency, and build lasting customer relationships by delivering value and personalised support that keeps customers coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance
- Own commercial performance across an assigned portfolio of priority online subscription customers
- Drive revenue growth through range gap closure, new product penetration and promotional execution
- Complete daily auto-generated call queues, targeting 60–70 outbound calls per day
Customer Engagement
- Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers
- Tailor telesales approach using customer behaviour, subscription history and prior interactions
Sales Enablement
- Maintain accurate call notes, customer insights and sales outcomes
- Ensure disciplined records to support continuity and follow-up
Service Coordination:
- Provide proper hand-over to Online Customer Service Agents to support timely resolution
- Proactively partner with Customer Service Agents to prevent service issues from diluting outbound sell focus
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Outbound telesales or inside sales experience with sales target accountability
- Proven ability to drive growth through proactive customer engagement
- Strong commercial acumen in direct-to-consumer environments
- Strong Microsoft Office Experience
- Drive to join the MYMC brand & have an impact on our growing business
Desirable:
- FMCG, retail, subscription or omni-channel experience
- Zendesk (Software) Experience
