The Opportunity
Due to continuous growth and upcoming projects across APAC, we are opening an Expressions of Interest campaign for experienced Heavy Lift Supervisors to join our team. If you're a Heavy Lift Supervisor with wind industry experience, we want to hear from you.
Extensive heavy lift supervision experience within wind turbine environments
Proven experience supporting Main Component Exchange (MCE) operations
Strong crane coordination and rigging oversight capability
Experience supervising large nacelle component lifts (generator, gearbox, hub or blades)
Strong understanding of lift planning, load management and exclusion zones
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams during critical lifts
Excellent communication and safety leadership skills
Experience working under OEM procedures and engineered lift plans
A bit about you
You will be a key member of our Offshore Install and Service team, supporting turbine installation, inspection, and servicing on a variety of client turbines. You’re a safety-first technician with a track record of delivering quality work at height.
You must hold:
- Valid GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) – in date
- Proven heavy lift supervision experience
- Recognised Lifting Supervisor or Appointed Person certification
- Working at Heights certification
- LOTO competency
- Rigging or lifting qualification (preferred)
- Medical fitness for turbine climbing
- Valid passport / working rights for deployment region
