Role Overview

Design, deliver, and evaluate high‑quality education and training programs to prevent and manage Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA) across Austin Health. This role strengthens systems for early intervention, de‑escalation, workforce wellbeing, and reduction of OVA‑related risks.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Relevant professional qualification in a health‑related discipline (RN, RPN, Psychologist, or Allied Health).
  • Registration with the appropriate governing body without restriction.
  • Extensive experience designing and delivering adult education in healthcare.
  • Strong clinical knowledge in recognising, preventing, and managing occupational violence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
