About the Role

Every individual in our homes has a story. You'll get to know each one as you:

Responsibilities or duties

• Lend a hand with daily life - making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
• Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active
• Keep tabs on our residents' health - helping with treatments
• Be a friend to our residents
• Make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected

Qualifications or requirements

• You'll be a true team player and great communicator, with:
• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
