Job Description
As our Night Auditor, you will support the Night Manager by cross‑checking and balancing work completed across hotel outlets each day, maintaining accurate guest accounts. You’ll be the main point of contact for guests overnight—ensuring professional, friendly and efficient service at all times. You will also complete audit tasks, reports and ensure a smooth handover to the morning team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Complete all night audit tasks as per checklist
- Balance cashiering and prepare reports
- Ensure accurate cash and credit handling
- Assist in cross‑checking daily work for all outlets
- Handle complaints efficiently and professionally
Qualifications
- Experience in Front Office or Finance operations preferably in a Hotel environment
- Knowledge in Hotel systems such as OPERA cloud or Hub OS
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work overnights, weekends and public holidays
- Strong time management and ability to multitask
- Highly trustworthy and reliable
