About the Role
This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on driving performance, accountability, and a strong team culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences and outstanding sales results. You will play a key role in maximising Finance, Trade‑in and Aftermarket opportunities, leading from the front on the showroom floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire the New Vehicle Sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Build and maintain a high‑performance, positive team culture
- Drive showroom energy, professionalism, and customer‑first behaviours
- Be actively involved in every deal - double closing is essential
- Develop team capability through ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and strong CSI outcomes
- Be a visible, hands‑on leader who sets standards and leads by example
About You
- Proven experience as a Dealership Finance Manager or New Vehicle Sales Manager (Toyota experience advantageous but not essential)
- A natural leader who thrives on developing people and building strong team culture
- Results‑driven with a hands‑on, energetic leadership style
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Passionate about customer experience and team success
