Your Role

A New Home Sales Professional based in one of our display homes in Melbourne's Metro South East, you will be responsible for managing sales enquiries and organising display centres to maximise sales conversion.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

Create Opportunities: Develop customer relationships and qualify customers for new business. Work with local and targeted land estates building relationships and providing house and land opportunities.

Marketing & Customer Service: Ensure that all display presentation standards are maintained appropriately and that all marketing collateral within display is current; and

Clerical Information: Maintain and manage leads and customer information.

Please note: You will be required to work at displays on weekends. In return, you will enjoy lucrative commission and your two days off mid-week.

What we need from you

To be considered for this position you will have a proven sales record of success. While not essential, specific experience gained within the housing market will be very highly regarded.

Importantly, you must possess the right attitude for the role. Ideally you will be a people person who has a high degree of resilience and drive. We are looking for someone who aligns with our core values of honesty, family, and pride. You will be an enthusiastic and motivated team player with a genuine interest in contributing positively and growing your career within the organisation.

Ideal skills & attributes:

The ability to sell quality, value and yourself over price and discounts because we are a premium builder.

While not essential, specific experience gained within the housing market will be highly regarded.

The desire to join a hungry sales team that delivers results, with a burning ambition to become a high-income earner.

Excellent people skills and confidence to engage with customers. Providing a memorable moment (so that YOU are the person that they remember).

Local knowledge, land connections and networks already in place, some building industry knowledge.
