Why Glady and Co?
Seven years ago, we started with a vision for change, and now we’re a thriving organisation with 100+ staff across Eastern, South-Eastern & North-Eastern Melbourne, Gippsland and Bendigo. Our Support Coordinator team has expanded over the last two years, and we’re still growing!
Looking for leadership opportunities? You’re in luck – our expanding Senior Support Coordination roles mean more room for growth within our organisation and opportunities to move through the ranks.
What You’ll Receive
We offer job security, flexibility, and the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team that’s truly making a difference.
You’ll receive a starting salary of $88,000 (or pro-rata for part-time) + superannuation + kilometre reimbursement provided for work-related kilometres. In addition, you’ll also be entitled to 17.4% annual leave loading and portable long service leave. Enjoy the benefits of flexible hours (work between 7:00am and 7:00pm), no weekend work and the convenience of working from home. We also provide all the tools you need: laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, and phone etc.
About You
You’re someone who believes in people – especially in their right to choose their own path. You’re passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities to live on their terms, and you’re ready to bring that passion to a role that genuinely makes a difference. Whether your experience comes from professional work, personal life, or supporting someone with a disability, you’ve developed an understanding of the NDIS and the coordination it takes to ensure the right supports are in place.
You thrive on building relationships and navigating systems, and you’re just as comfortable working independently from home as you are meeting face-to-face with participants. You care about outcomes, not just checklists, and you’re energised by the idea of being part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that celebrates every win – big or small. You’re ready for more than just a job. You’re looking for meaningful work, with a growing organisation that values your insights, supports your development, and gives you space to shape your role. If this sounds like you, then Glady and Co would love to meet you.
