JOB DETAILS:
About the role
As a Medical Educator, you will support registrars, supervisors and practices through education delivery, mentoring and assessment activities, working closely with the Senior Medical Educator and local training team.
As our Medical Educator, you'll also:
- Deliver education, mentoring and clinical teaching activities
- Support registrar progression, wellbeing and assessments
- Build relationships with supervisors and training practices
- Contribute to workforce development and GP training programs
Skills & Experience
- RACGP Fellowship (or equivalent)
- Current specialist GP registration
- Experience supporting or teaching registrars
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) represents GPs across Australia. For over 60 years, we’ve supported the health system by setting education and practice standards, advocating for GP wellbeing and leading professional development. We deliver training through community-based models, including the Australian General Practice Training Program, to equip GPs for whole-person care.
