We are recruiting for a permanent fulltime Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly and skilled Marketing team based at our Head Office in Northgate, Brisbane.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this appointment plays a key support role within the Marketing team, contributing to the seamless execution of marketing and education activities. This role is responsible for coordinating event execution, providing administrative support, and assisting with marketing and event communications. The position supports the delivery of high quality, on brand experiences for health care practitioners (HCPs) and other key stakeholders.

We are entering an exciting new phase of growth, and therefore seek an organised, passionate and driven Coordinator to be ‘go-to’ to support the operations and logistics of all Metagenics and Industry events from involvement in the planning to execution across all brands and supporting Metagenics organisation.

Key Responsibilities;

Planning and Coordination

Coordinate logistics for marketing and education events, including webinars, in person events, conferences, industry association activities and internal events.

Support end to end event execution, including venue coordination, speaker logistics, registrations, attendee communications, and post event follow up.

Ensure events are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to Metagenics brand and education standards.

Maintain event timelines, trackers, and documentation to support efficient delivery.

Be responsible for courier freight requirements for all Metagenics and industry events, as well as Retail events.

Coordinating and leading regular project check-in meetings with deliverable owners, escalating risks and challenges to stakeholders appropriately, identifying solutions.

Any other tasks reasonably required to make Metagenics events successful.

Marketing Administration & Financial Support

Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) in line with internal processes.

Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with budgets and approvals.

Support budget tracking and reconciliations for marketing and education activities.

Maintain organised records of spend, contracts, and supplier documentation. Contribute to and maintain the events budgets.

Support Brand Manager with GWP (gift with purchase) activations

Communications

Support Metagenics consumer and practitioner brand teams with communications including email campaigns, website product pages, invitations and promotional materials, supporting communication for webinars, conferences and trade shows, press releases, as well as other internal and external communications such as stakeholder updates, internal newsletters, website content, and social media messaging.

Support the Brand team in developing written communication and visual assets for product launches and marketing campaigns across platforms, briefing internal or external designers/freelancers

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and print channels and alignment with brand priorities

General Marketing Support

Assist with day to day marketing coordination of tasks as required.

Support the team with preparation of materials, presentations, and reporting.

Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.

Skills and experience

Project management skills and/or experience in organising and coordinating materials for large scale industry, trade or organisational events.

Experience in managing logistics and freight.

Ability to engage stakeholders at various levels of the business to achieve business outcomes.

Tech savvy with experience successfully navigating through various IT Platforms and software.

Intermediate level in the use of Microsoft Office Suit, specifically MS Project, excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Creative thinker matched with a high level of attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to build and retain productive and authentic relations with internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as an effective member of a team to meet targets and timelines.

Great interpersonal and communication skills that can scale to a range of different audiences
