Join our Non-Financial Risk Reporting team in the Transformation and Operations division and take a pivotal role in delivering insightful, decision-focused risk reporting to senior stakeholders, including Macquarie’s Senior Management and Board.

Responsibilities or duties
As a Manager/Senior Manager in the team, you will lead the preparation and review of risk reports for senior management and the Board, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance and champion transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency in reporting across NFR divisions.
You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and partner closely with senior stakeholders across multiple functions, building strong networks across the Risk Management Group to drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Qualifications or requirements
5+ years’ experience in risk management, legal, banking, or financial services, with a strong understanding of the risk and regulatory landscape
Previous experience in Risk Reporting, specifically Board and Management Reporting
Excellent communication skill and the ability to work autonomously, exercising sound judgment and integrity while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to interpret complex information and distill key insights for senior audiences
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and drive outcomes at all levels
Adaptability and resilience, thriving in fast-paced environments and navigating change and transformation effectively.
Experience needed
Experience leading a small team will be highly regarded.
