About the Role

This role is critical in supporting the Bank’s balance sheet, capital and funding strategy, ensuring robust risk reporting, regulatory submissions, and treasury modelling infrastructure as the organization continues to scale and strengthen its position as a Significant Financial Institution (SFI).

You will lead the Treasury Middle Office team responsible for treasury models, systems, securitization oversight, and reporting frameworks across liquidity, capital, funding and interest rate risk (IRRBB).

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of treasury risk reporting and analytics across liquidity, capital, IRRBB and funding
  • Oversee APRA regulatory reporting (APS 210, APS 117 and related prudential frameworks)
  • Drive uplift of reporting frameworks aligned to evolving SFI requirements
  • Provide leadership in uplifting risk maturity, controls and culture
  • Manage investor reporting, RBA reporting and funding program requirements
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of treasury analysts

Required Experience

  • Strong experience in Treasury middle office function, balance sheet management or financial risk within a bank (ADI)
  • Experience with APRA regulatory reporting frameworks
  • Hands-on exposure to ALM / treasury systems (e.g. QRM or similar)
  • Proven experience leading analytics, reporting or modelling teams
  • Experience in leading a team.
