Are you a strategic, solutions-focused leader ready to own the end-to-end student journey? Join CISaustralia as our Manager, Global Study and Volunteer, a highly autonomous role where you’ll lead our Admissions and Enrolments function. You will be the architect of our application-to-enrolment pipeline, driving conversion and optimising Salesforce to ensure everything runs like clockwork. Working closely with our leadership team, you’ll balance big-picture strategy with the hands-on agility needed to solve complex challenges and support students when it matters most.   • Advanced technical skills, Salesforce preferred, with strong problem-solving and administrative ability
  • Experience living, studying, or working abroad
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional cross-cultural customer service
  • Lead student and stakeholder engagement, navigating complex scenarios while maintaining operational excellence

Perks

  • Salary A$90,000 pa, (pending qualifications and experience) + 12% super
  • 4 weeks paid annual leave (full time equivalent + the days between Christmas and New year as paid leave)
  • Centrally located Gold Coast office
  • This is an office based role. With flexible work hours available.
  • Professional development opportunities - travel, conferences, etc.
