About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at JBS Australia Dinmore. This role leads a dedicated maintenance team, providing strong leadership and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of plant equipment during critical production periods.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the maintenance team across the shift
• Coordinate and prioritise preventative and breakdown maintenance
• Ensure plant reliability and minimal downtime to support production targets
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment
• Work closely with production supervisors and operational teams
• Mentor and develop maintenance employees to build a high-performing team culture
• Ensure compliance with company safety, food safety, and maintenance standards
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives

You will ideally have

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance or industrial environments
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Mechanical, electrical or trade background (highly regarded)
• Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions under pressure
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability and team development
• Experience in manufacturing, processing or heavy industry (desirable)
