About the Role
Teys Australia is seeking qualified Maintenance Electricians to join the Asset Management team based at our Wagga Wagga processing site in New South Wales.The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the Wagga processing facility and equipment, and supporting the day-to-day production requirements of the business. #meatjobs
Role requirements include:
- Fault finding intricate meat processing machines
- Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance
- Assist in the identification and elimination of bottle necks
- Respond efficiently to breakdown conditions to minimise equipment/production downtime

About You
It is essential you have the following skills:
- Electrical trade qualification
- Knowledge of Instrumentation
- Excellent communications and technical skills
- Ability to develop circuit drawings and read circuit drawings
- Fault finding experience with VSDs & PLCs
- Switchboard building experience (essential)
- PLC and HMI programming experience (essential)
- Fire systems experience (desirable)
- Current drivers licence.
- Pass medical assessment including drug/alcohol testing
- Willing to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays
