The position offers strong flexibility, with a fully remote structure and an initial part-time arrangement of approximately three days per week, with the potential to increase over time.

Why this role:

  • Genuine entry point into the mortgage broking and lending industry
  • Work from home flexibility with no requirement to be office-based
  • Part-time structure with potential to grow into a full-time role
  • Exposure to a wide range of lending scenarios including PAYG and self-employed clients
  • Work closely with an experienced broker in a growing business
  • Opportunity to build long-term career pathways within lending

Salary and benefits:

  • $30 to $35 per hour depending on experience
  • Flexible working arrangement
  • Potential additional incentives including per-deal bonuses
  • Supportive and flexible working environment

Key responsibilities

  • Review and assess client servicing and supporting documentation
  • Manage end-to-end loan processing from application through to submission
  • Prepare and package deals for submission to lenders
  • Liaise with lenders and stakeholders to progress applications
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure file accuracy and compliance
  • Support workflow management and improve turnaround times

About you:

  • Experience as a Credit Analyst, Loan Processor or in mortgage broking is highly regarded
  • Alternatively, experience in banking, home lending, legal, accounting or administrative roles with transferable skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
  • Ability to understand and interpret financials and lending scenarios
  • Proactive, reliable and able to take ownership of tasks
  • Australian citizenship required for this position
  • Minimum requirement of high school completion

About the business:

This is an opportunity to join a growing loan processing business backed by the Loan Market network, operating as a preferred broker within a Ray White office in Yeppoon.
