Background

This role supports the planning and setup for the Centralised Count Centre (CCC).

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Site Manager with planning and setup for the Centralised Count Centre (CCC).
  • Coordinate contractors, teams, and service providers.
  • Conduct safety briefings and manage daily site tasks.
  • Ensure trades have necessary supplies and maintain a clean, safe, sustainable work environment.
  • Oversee venue standards, operational requirements, and safe delivery of events.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry experience.
  • Proven track record in managing sites/operations in complex environments.
  • Understanding of WHS legislation, site safety practices, and emergency response.
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities within tight deadlines and budgets.
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record check.
  • Strict political neutrality: no affiliations with political parties, candidates, donors, or lobbyists.
