What you’ll gain:

Key Responsibilities:
- Remove mattress covers and manage laundering cycles
- Clean mattresses using approved solutions, ensuring high standards of hygiene
- Assist with rolling, bagging, and preparing mattresses for outgoing shipments
- Handle all items following strict infection control procedures
- Support testing, basic repair tasks, including inflating mattresses and noting issues
- Maintain focus on safety, quality, and turnaround times in a high-volume environment
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately with attention to detail
- Experience in hygiene-sensitive environments or laundry operations preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical fitness to work in a physically active, fast-paced setting
- Understanding of infection control standards or willingness to learn
- Reliability and a proactive approach to safety and procedures
