A well-established Melbourne-based developer and builder is seeking a motivated Property Manager to join their growing team. The company develops, constructs, owns and manages a portfolio of high-quality residential and mixed-use assets across Melbourne, giving this role exposure to the full lifecycle of property ownership and management.

We welcome applications from candidates with limited or no direct property management experience, provided you bring the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn. The business places a strong emphasis on training, mentoring and professional development, with clear pathways to grow within the organisation.

The Role

Working within a supportive team environment, you will assist in the management of a portfolio of residential properties owned and operated by the business. Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of residential properties
  • Coordinating tenant enquiries, inspections and lease administration
  • Supporting the leasing process, including advertising and tenant applications
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors and internal teams
  • Assisting with maintenance coordination and contractor engagement
  • Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
  • Supporting senior team members across the full property management lifecycle

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn. While experience in property management is beneficial, it is not essential.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • A genuine interest in property and real estate
  • Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach

The role requires travel to various property locations - Must Drive
