About the Role
As a Junior Office Administrator, you will play a key role in keeping our office running efficiently. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks and provides excellent exposure to all aspects of business operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing reception duties – answering phones and assisting customers
- Coordinating daily banking and financial administration
- General office duties including filing, mail distribution, and managing office supplies
- Data entry, word processing, and document preparation
- Generating and sending invoices, and supporting billing and collection activities
- Preparing reports and supporting other administrative processes as required
About You
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office
- Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and work under pressure
- A valid driver’s licence (minimum P plates)
